5 Easy Steps To Breaking Habits

Hello,

I’m all about self-improvement and I have a few bad habits that I’d like to break such as going to bed without brushing me teeth that’s one of my lesser crimes 😉. It’s so easy to cozy up in bed buried under the covers.  I decided that I am going to create a new night time routine and set a nightly alarm on my phone to remind myself to adhere to the new routine.

 Dictionary.com defines habit as “an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary: the habit of looking both ways before crossing the street.”

Here’s a few tips to get started with having a healthier lifestyle and breaking a habit.

  1. Identify the habit
  2. Identity what caused the habit.
  3. Why does it needs to be changed?
  4. Create an alternative.
  5. Implement the change.

Managing Relationships

As someone who is fast approaching 40 (or middle age) I have learned a few things about the complexities of human relationships. We spend alot of our day trying to “figure people out”, from family to friends , friends to lovers, even the president!  People are strange. We can be dominating, dominerring and doting all one day! I find myself very fansciatied by the way we communicate as humans, how  we manage all of our emotions throughout the busyiness of the day.  I think the most complicated relationships of all are romantic relationships. I few weeks ago, I was outside on the porch enjoying the change in seasons and I decided to share a little bit of what I learned about managing relationships.

New Year Better Relationships

Welcome to 2018 Live In Abundance style! It’s amazing that it’s 2018 and were not flying cars! I thought we’d be flying cars and riding on hover boards like Marty Mc Fly. Um…guess not! 2018 is just another year to make good on some promises you made to yourself; losing weight, traveling, and spending more time with the family etc. Don’t the let the pressure of the new year stress you.

I have a few suggestions of things you can gradually change in your life.
